Lodwick Point
Lodwick Point is around 5km in the west of Mahableshwar. You get an unparalleled view of the surroundings and the cityscape. This was known as the ‘Sydney Point’ and when General Lodwick climbed here, the name was changed to Lodwick Point. A pole of 25 feet was erected here in honor of General Lodwick. A volcanic plateau that is the highest point in Panchgani, the Tableland is 4500 ft above the sea level. This is well known as this is the 2nd highest mountain plateau of Asia.
